We accept change of mind returns only if the product is:
Factory sealed and unopened
Unused and in original condition
Still in its original packaging, heat-shrunk plastic wrap, or security seal
Returned within 2 days of the delivery date
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened, unsealed, used, damaged, or tampered with.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process a refund for the product value. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the item was sent incorrectly by us.
Although we do our best to supply quality products, electronic devices may occasionally arrive with a manufacturing fault or damage during transit.
Customers must contact us within 2 days of receiving the parcel if the item is faulty, damaged, or not working properly.

After reviewing your request, our team may provide a return address. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to the address provided by AusVapeShops for inspection.

If the fault is approved, we may offer:

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
